Was pretty clean… nice lobby, good bar.

I pay for room with jacuzzi and they don’t have more rooms… and the pool was not working

That they refunded our booking after we declared we are not comfortable staying.

We called with questions PRIOR to booking, had them answered and got the complete opposite. The staff lied to our face while we were there about it. Nothing seemed to work, just a bad experience

That nothing worked, cleanliness wasn’t great.

The bed was comfortable

Tub didn't drain, heard kids running around all night. Whirlpool in room was dirty didnt even use it. Bathroom was dark, not good lighting.

Not a whole a lot. We will never come back to this hotel.

The bed felt like we were sleeping on springs. Very uncomfortable. The second floor to our room was filthy; there was dried dog poop and mud/dirt on the floor in the hallway. The staff had to have walked by it while they were cleaning rooms but never cleaned it up.
