Bed was super comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location for my needs. Already planning to stay there again. The noon checkout time was amazing and much appreciated! After an initial issue with my reservation, the staff got right to setting things right.

The pool was colder than preferred and it needed to be cleaned after a child jumped in covered in soap! My reservation wasn't correctly entered and I had to show proof of my confirmation page.

Staff was nice

Room was clean but a bit run down. The hotel turns into a brothel after dark. Had to leave the night before check out. Kids screaming running everywhere parents screaming at tge kids. Teens on the stairs asking g for weed and lighters. It was horrible

The two gentlemen that checked us in were awsome, they claimed no pets when checked in but when we called they said pets allowed, I had already booked on booking.com, then noticed on booking.com it also said no pets, so when arrived they said pets are allowed, so we stayed, room was nice and clean the bed was hard other then that great, on our check out as leaving our room the manager started chewing our asses over the dog stating no dogs allowed, we told her we had it verified before staying. Anyways she was very loud and rude and said we are not ever welcome there again. That to me as a manager you don't treat your customers that way nor in front of other customers and you don't say get out. We paid all fees and left a tip,. Maybe get your employees all on the same page.

We had no hands soap in the room, the facial tissue in the room was out and we need more towels.
