Nice location, friendly staff

Not clean and smelled like smoke

I called the property before I booked and asked if the had an EV charger on site. They said that they did. When I got there, they did not. People who work at this location need to know what they are talking about

Beds were comfortable and the shower temp stayed consistent

The location was under construction and there was mud everywhere. Check in was fairly easy. Once in the room there was no TV remote, no kleenex and not enough towels for the 2 Adult reservation. The brought the kleenex and remote the afternoon of the next day while we were out, but unfortunately when we tried to use the remote the TV wasn't set up and the remote didn't work with the TV (at Check out staff confirmed to be aware of the issue). When mentioning the towel situation at checkout the staff just shrugged his shoulders. Also his appearance was very sloppy.

The staff was great with the equipment they had.

No toilet paper or Kleenex. No available pool. Room for sure needs updated.

The vast majority of my stay was very pleasant and relaxing. Breakfast was started sooner so the blue oval crew could eat before they left and that was incredibly kind and very nice to have a hot breakfast before work

The drink machine in the breakfast area was down a lot and the pricing to extend my stay was varied, dependant on the day I extended and if they remembered my work discount or not. It would be easier if the price just remained consistent, especially if a guest is staying long term.

It was close to where we had to go. Breakfast was nice. The bed was comfy. We didn't get to use the pool cause it did not open until 10am and we checked out before 11am. No biggie but it looked cleaned when we saw it during breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. I asked for early check in and they accommodate me. It was very nice. It was a nice little hotel to spend the night. It was clean and affordable.

I just wished the pool open early. We were only there one night and we checked out before 11am. We went to a concert and got back in our room at midnight the night before and got up at 7am. So we ate breakfast and got ready to leave. I would have like to enjoy the pool before we left that morning. But we wouldn't have enough time when it didn't open until 10am and had to checked out by 11am. It just wasn't convenient for people who are only staying one night.
