"Magnifique séjour. Le personnel était wow ainsi que le petit déjeuner était de belle qualité."

Personnel ultra gentil, accueillant et chaleureux. Le déjeuner était vraiment bon et beaucoup de choix. J’étais étonnée pour un déjeuner continental.

La télévision pourrait être plus récente pour le tarif.

"Awesome customer service and great location"

Short stay but Anthony immediately made me feel welcome. I was travelling solo so he helped me with what to do and see and booked me on the gondola straight away and helped with bus times and Change. Great location. It doesn’t take much to be kind and provide a great guest experience but you guys have got this down to a tee with all your staff with any department. Totally recommend!

The hotel’s location, design and style are perfect for Banff. The staff, especially the young man on the evening shift at reception, are absolutely brilliant. They pay great attention to detail and gave us some great tips for our stay in Banff.
