"Really good"

We only had an economy room, but it was fine and being in the courtyard not only was quiet, but we were right by the steam room, sauna and hot tub. Parking was good.

Breakfast was pretty average and the sauna not hot enough

"A great hotel"

We were more than satisfied with Aspen Lodge. The location, customer service (reception and breakfast) was very good. Our room 313 was perfect for our needs with a good balcony view, super comfy bed and separate lounge area. Don't let the appearance from the outside put you off. We would come back again and recommend it to friends.

"Lovely hotel"

Superb hotel right on the main avenue. Buffet breakfast was included and there was always enough to choose from and it was regularly refreshed. There is an outside hot tub and sauna. Staff are friendly and helpful. A laundry room for guests that requires coins and a cafe in the main lobby. Lovely view from our room. Yes you can hear the train but I think you can hear the train anywhere in Banff.

We love this property and stay here whenever we are in Banff. The staff are helpful the free breakfast is great and the location is very good.
