Banff Aspen Lodge

Es war sauber, modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Frühstück war sehr umfangreich. Sehr zentral gelegen.

Two of us stayed for 3 nights in second week of May 2026. The property was very clean. Staff was very responsive and helpful, our room had a living area which doubled as another place to sleep if we had more guests. So there was a lot of space. Balcony had mountain views. Location was central to shops and bus stops. Breakfast was more than adequate.

Room was great with separate bedroom, living room and balcony. Laundry room was great for travellers to do washing. Helpful staff on reception and coffee shop attached is amazing.

Breakfast was boring. I would have preferred to not have included and go to coffee shop. Much nicer.

Helpful friendly staff, great location with a cafe downstairs. Comfortable bed, great shower and a large room. The cafe had a lovely atmosphere with outdoor patio and fire pits as well as good coffee!

Only had thick profile pillows on the bed whereas a choice of thick or thin profiles would offer more choice for guests.

I have stayed a few times before & each time thd experience has been excellent. Front desk staff are very friendly & accommodating. The rooms are very clean & well kept Great location & convenient.

The hotel was in a very central location and overall the stay was ok. We also enjoyed the hot pool and sauna after long days exploring. We found it a bit expensive compared to other hotel options. The only downside was the breakfast, as we expected a bit more variety.

I had never stayed at the Banff Aspen Lodge prior to this weekend. It is an amazing place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone. Great location and the hotel and its amenities are outstanding. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The hot tubs, steam room, sauna and courtyard are so relaxing. I’ll be back!
