Chicago Marriott Northwest

Marilu was fabulous — such a pleasant, happy face representing your Chicago Marriott Northwest. She was welcoming, took the time to ask about me, and built genuine connections with everyone she interacted with. I actually looked forward to coming down for breakfast and dinner because of her. She truly exceeds expectations, and I wish all employees were this dedicated to customer service. Her positive attitude and commitment to guests made a lasting impression.

I recently stayed here with a couple of colleagues. The hotel itself is gorgeous and Manny was so gracious and helpful. Everyone at the front desk was so sweet and the food at the bar was delicious. I will definitely be returning to this property!

Now that’s a hotel! First off, 19,500 points is a steal in this market where many hotels of this caliber are at least 25,000 and higher. Lobby includes a Starbucks, Bar Louie, the M Lounge which was both aesthetically pleasing and some of the best Lounge food I have had at a Marriott lounge. Rooms were renovated, pool is renovated, very nice.

Although the hotel was nice, we booked with free parking yet had to pay for parking then blamed it on booking.com for not updating their website and we were there with a wedding party that had a bunch of rooms booked yet we almost got kicked out because we brought a beer into the bar, yet we're allowed to drink in the lobby. The Uber home would have been cheaper than staying at a place where the management was rude. There was also a spider on our bed when we got to the room.

I would like to give a big Thank You to Miss Cherry and the staff at this location for always rolling out the red carpet for me and accommodating me. It's been a while, but they treat me like no time has come in between and that goes a long way. I love the makeover they did and they have been my go to since 2016. Long story short they are Thee Best. Thank you all for all that you do. Mr Harris -2026-

Internet connection for tv network horrible, rooms don't have microwaves

The manager is very racist. My younger brother who is a minor was lost in the hotel. Which made feel lost and overwhelmed. He had no idea where he was. My parents went out to look for him until my mom found him sitting outside on the 3rd floor. He forgot his phone at the room he originally resigned in. Once he came back to the room he had a mental breakdown and stated that he was overthinking on wether if someone was going to ever find him, to stay put or get up and find a way back to the room. Once he calmed down and layed down on the bed the manager came up to the room and said that the next time we’re too loud we were going to get kicked out. The manager was very disrespectful very rude very inconsiderate on even trying to help my parents find my missing young brother who again is A MINOR through the security camera system. The manager didn’t say that someone reported a noise complaint or anything. He racially motivated went to our room to ONLY threatened us for being “too loud.” My missing brother had a mental breakdown crying and trouble breathing once he came back to the room since he felt comfortable enough letting his emotions out with his family. My first experience at this hotel is horrible. Poor security, Poor management, and a racist, rude, inconsiderate, inappropriate, insensitive, and Inhuman piece of crap manager. DOES NOT CARE ABOUT MINORS GETTING LOST AND POSSIBLY GETTING KIDNAPPED BY POTENTIALLY PDFS THAT COULD RESIGN IN THE HOTEL AT ANYTIME AT ANY MOMENT.
