Swimming pool #1 is closed from Tue 11 Jun 2024 until Tue 29 Apr 2025 A damage deposit of USD 85 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this accommodation is located within Stone Mountain Park, and guests will be required to pay a one-time entrance fee of USD 20.00. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of $125 per pet, per stay applies. "I was very annoyed by how I was treated ."

The room was very nice and spacious

Customer service was very poor also I arrived at 4 pm to check in and I was unable to check in because the rooms were not ready I had was to wait. I did not check in until 7 pm four hours later. I asked to be compensated for the the long wait no manager was on site I was unable to speak with anyone about it.

Location! Cost.

It is very run down. Wallpaper flaking off the walls. They need to invest in the hotel by fixing it up.

"Old but comfy"

The property is old and in need of an update. However, we found our room to be clean and comfortable. It is very convenient because you can walk to the laser show. The staff was friendly and check in was easy. However, the lights at the entry really need to be repaired.

Went to check in and gave away my room reserved. Then charged my again when they gave me a different room. Mold on the toliet

located inside the park and convenient

Needs a lot of maintenance and repairs. The air conditioner was turned off on arrival and the room was hot and took a long time to cool down. The refrigerator did not work and the trim around the door was coming off and nails sticking out

My AC was broken and it was 90 degrees in the room. No one came to fix it and the guy at the front desk just shrugged and said sorry, we’re all booked I can’t switch your rooms. Absolutely horrid experience at this property. Plus the pool and the restaurant were closed and the balcony was so dirty we didn’t even enjoy it. DO NOT STAY HERE
