The Inn at Stone Mountain Park

Staff was very helpful, and the location was great as we were attending an event on Stone Mountain property. The room was accommodating, but nothing amazing. The bed was comfortable enough for 1 night.

The restaurant and pub were closed permanently. It would have been nice to eat on-site, even if there was a cost. We had to drive off the property to eat. The pool was also closed permanently and the property seems in a state of disrepair cosmetically.

Right across from the monument and night time events. Near to the gate to go back and forth.

Got transferred to the Evergreen and encountered billing issues and had to do a second check in asking for more money we weren't planning for. I have to call today about being charged for the rooms a second time.

I liked that it had a ceiling fan. Great location and able to walk to the Stone Mountain park. it had a lot of room . Decent price.

There were at least 10 big dead cockroaches in the room. Mostly under the couch. The air conditioner fan was very loud. The ice machine did not work.

Room not ready at specified time. Was told very rudely by Nikki that she had no idea when we could get access. Not helpful at all and just sat there saying they had to wait for housekeeping. Offered us a double room instead of king but no refund on offer as we had booked on booking.com. We had to wait 2 hours before returning to get access. No offer of any compensation. They advertise a restaurant but it is closed permanently. Only other food in the park was in an area where you needed to pay US$40 pp to enter as there was a light show on. US$80 before even getting to any food. Nikki was also rude on check out. What a shame as she is the only rude receptionist in all our travels.

This property has been let go. Completely outdated and gross. The bed has sunk in on one side. Rose pedals under the bed so obviously hasn’t been cleaned well. Wallpaper pilled back on the wall. Tv service sucks. The list goes on. Overpriced and extremely disappointing.

Desperate need of a total redo. Can’t even believe they allow guests to book here anymore. Super weird and creepy rooms. Don’t do it!

Everything except the location.

The room was great and I enjoyed the provided shampoo and conditioner. We had our wedding night there and it was beautiful

The staff member who checked us in kept talking to others while we were standing there waiting in our wedding clothes to get checked in. It took a very long time to get to our room. She was very nice, but we just were ready to get upstairs a lot sooner than we did.

Location was perfect for the attractions I planned on visiting.

The hotel was nothing like described. The amenities advertised were none existent. Staff was helpful but had no integrity as they seemed as disappointed in working there as I was staying there. Had to change rooms at midnight, after already being downgraded from original reservation. Bugs, trash on the floor in a "clean" room. Mold and mildew everywhere. They have a nice new convention center on property and I believe they are just making money off of the Inn until it is officially shut down. Would absolutely stay on property again, but not at the Inn.
