La ubicación es de lo mejor, la playa está hermosa. La atención del personal es buena con todo y los dos inconvenientes que tuve (reserva de dos camas y me entregaron una habitación con solo una cama; y, invitación a una cena que confirmé, pero cuando acudí no me tenían registrada)

La comida no es de lo mejor, la calidad de lo que preparan debe mejorar. Las instalaciones requieren ya una renovación. El elevador del estacionamiento estaba deteriorado, siempre estaba sucio y olía mal.

Los eventos de noche

Mala accesibilidad si viajas con bebes, elevadores muy pequeños, solo habia 2 y 1 descompuesto, podias tardar hasta 30min en bajar si vas con carriola. el agua de las albercas estaba helada, la alberca climatizada solo para adultos y con costo extra, estaba vacia y ni asi nos dejaron pasar con un bebe, cosa que de cierta forma entiendo. la verdad no es un hotel que valga la pena el costo, esta muy por debajo de lo que dice ser, una sola area de snacks que siempre estaba llena y no mantenian limpia, comida tirada por todas partes.

Second year at this resort, like the distance away from town. Perfect for a nice relaxing vacation, time spent on the roof top terrace, swimming in the roof top pool and cannot forget the amazing beach perfect for swimming and snorkeling

The rooms were spacious and clean

The constant noise by the pool side. Always people talking over microphone and loud music over a speaker ruined the whole peace and tranquility we were looking for

I'm really enjoying the food here. Besides the dining room "the Veranda", I've also greatly enjoyed every meal at the Italian restaurant "Andiamo" with their fabulous Salad Bar, & Christmas Dinner was turkey stuffed with nuts, just as delicious as my italiana mamma use to make. The Mexican restaurant "Frida" is also very good, with our favorite meal being the "Ribeye Tacos", the very best tacos we've ever ever had. No guest can ever be hungry at this beautiful resort.

- Entertainment was lacking. Volleyball net wasn't available in every day. Schedule wasn't followed. The schedule showed an activity at one time, but sometimes the activity got scheduled. There wasn't much dancing in the evening. - Although this is something that cannot be changed, it is worth noting that the hotel is positioned in a way that the building blocks the sun off the beach during the majority of the morning in early afternoon, up until around 1 PM, so you can only really enjoy the sunshine and the beach around 1:30 ish. -The building is quite small, so there isn't really anywhere to walk around to enjoy a beautiful garden or anything like that. - The food is good in the restaurants, especially we liked the italian restaurant. However, the restaurants cannot be reserved. And one time we've had to wait up to 2 hours. - The water next to the beach is clear. But the shore gets deep very quickly, and the waves are very strong, so it's difficult to just relax and enjoy the water unless you go in deeper. The good news is that there was no currents, so you don't get carried away. - The service here was excellent. Room was cleaned every day. People are very helpful and friendly. - Spa has massage but no mani/pedicure services. - The views out of all the rooms are ocean view and it's absolutely stunning.You can see all of the ocean plus the city and some nature. - 2 of the elevators were broken they only got fixed after 5 days. - Gym was good
