Terraza Del Pacifico Hotel

La habitación tenia telearañas en varios sitios, la ducha daba asco bañarse, las camas super incomodas, es ese tipo de hoteles donde uno no quiere regresar y salir corriendo.

Very bad behaviour arriving at reception: treated like a dog "do this, then this, then that" at the end "what do you want?" Wow one of the worst welcome, sorry "badcome" in my life! The rest of our stay absolutely flat... Also they charged for a restaurant bill three times! I signed once and the used my credit card with no authorization nor any signature to charge the same bill two more times every 2 days! Do NOT give, neither show your credit card to these guys!!! If you go there pay cash!! Never will go back to that place.

The location was great but you couldn’t use the beach they had no chairs or umbrellas and said it was unsafe to swim. The service was bad and the food was just ok. The price was right though for being so close to many amazing other beaches

Beautiful setting, nice staff, good food. Nice pools, daily room cleaning, including pool towels.

I like the location of the property and the set up of the units. Also the landscaping in the scenery of the property.

Google maps gives a wrong location, that needs to be fixed, but the property was top notch, waitstaff was great, location is top notch, a well run establishment.

View of ocean, nice restaurant facing beach, friendly helpful staff, spacious rooms. Beautiful beach. Really nice resort.

We enjoyed the layout of the hotel where the rooms were conveniently distanced from the pool and the beach. Also the peace and quite after hours. The hotel needs to update their "charge to the room" efficiency as I went to check out they did not have all my vouchers ready for my review which delayed my check-out process.

Good place, good food... lack of parcking spots, had to leave the car outside the property, a remote parcking!
