This hotel is located in a small town with limited hotel options. It is by far the best option available in this location. It's showing a little age but is by far the best hotel available in the area. The facility is clean and the staff is attentive and helpful. Breakfast could be a little better but it is passable. I will stay at this hotel in the future.

The entire motel reeked on old burnt ramen noodle smell, no elevator to the upstairs, rooms were had a bad funk, and the shower and barely any water pressure and zero hot water. Also the pool was tiny and crappy. The free breakfast was terrible as well.Would never recommend.

We were in Streator for a family gathering. The check-in was a smooth process with a friendly and welcoming person. We found a room to be clean with a comfortable bed, and we are returning for another family event this coming weekend and have requested the same room.

Don’t stay here, grimy stained carpets, towels, bedsheets, and a lack of water pressure in the shower. Interior of room was so dark and depressing it made me schedule an appointment with a mental health professional. The staff was incredibly rude and did nothing to resolve the issue.

Family friendly to me normally includes letting families with small children sleep more than 2 to a bed. Too strict on that in my opinion. Not the nicest of facilities.

Only one staff member was polite and pleasant, had to ask repeatedly for towels and treated horrible when asked. I was staying there while working out of town. I have to come back to the area and will not be staying here.

My stay overall was goid for the price. My only complaint is there was no hot water to shower.

So I chose this hotel based on it location and was told it was a nicer place to stay. I was staying for 3 days to meet family so I booked the best room they had as I wanted to be comfortable. Apron check in I was given a very cold welcome. The man at the front desk was rude and threatened to charge me extra if I had guests, I checked in by myself so he had no reason to think I wasn’t staying alone, but he insisted to show me my room door on the camera and said he would be watching 24/7, at this point I already regret this booking but no big deal wasn’t planning on being at the room much… Now to the facilities, my key card would barely work to open the room door, the inside lock was loose and covered in tape, furniture was stained, water pressure and hot water was lacking which wouldn’t have been a problem except I had a jacuzzi tub I could not use. The brightest part of this property is the delightful morning staff they were great but unfortunately not enough to change my feelings about my booking. NEVER AGAIN buyer beware!

It was very good the only issue I found it’s that the hot water did not work I would not mind in a summer time but winter yeah it’s very necessary to shower the door to the hallways don’t have much isolation so can hear the people talking . But it was ok . The pool is good for the kids to play also there is cámaras on the property makes it feel with a big more safety .

The rooms are updated and very clean. Nice three bedroom suite with newer beds and carpet. Updated TV with Directv. There is some room for common area spurcing up. The pool needs a heater and a bit more chlorine. We would stay here again.
