The best BAD example ever..! We did the reservation based on posted descriptions and details. Nonsense. The room was a totally mess, dirty and many non-useful things. As well as the hotel itself. If the offer is a jacuzzi, then a jacuzzi is the one you paid for, right? But no. once I did the check in, the manager started telling me about the plumbing issues: no hot water, and no solution for weeks.! Same with pool and other amenities. The point is. if description is not the actual situation, they should let you know, even before the signature,. But when you find evidence of someone else's was there and left the chocolate or brownies covers, on the floor that means nobody did the clean up properly, So in summary: no pool, not hot tub, no jacuzzi, no real cleaning, the sink with drops of water all nigh long, the other kitchenette sink loose, sofas really dirty and on, and on, and on... That is not the real way a hotel business one want to see. They need an deep inspection. the standards are the lowest I've seen in years.! I left one nigh early, because the first one it was a nightmare. Even when people at front desk were polite and gentle. I think somebody is not doing his/her job the way it should be. DO not recommend this place.at all.

the front desk guy wanted me to 'call expedia' to clear up a mistake that was made my them in their booking. seeing as how this wasn't my problem i refused. however, i did say that if HE calls expedia i will tell them whatever he wanted me to tell them. he refused to do this to help themseves out because he said 'my boss won't let me'..and he was 'being recorded' whatever that meant. after he started yelling at me, i yelled at him back and reminded him that this wasn't my problem. i then went back up to my room. an hour or so later there was a knock at the door and there was a cop that cody apparently called on me for 'making a scene' downstairs. i explained to the cop the situation and he told me that this wasn't the first time he's been out there and the owner was a real '***hole' which was not a surprise to hear. this hotel seemed to operate in some sort of alternate reality. they also had no breakfast which was one of the amenities listed. they decided to blame COVID even though every hotel i've visited this summer in my line of work did not have this problem. they also said that the pool was closed because they were 'waiting on the chemical guy' which sounded like more lies. this place sucked, but at least now i can say the police were called on me by a hotel and agreed with me that the management had their heads up stuck somewhere warm and moist

Liked the location and inside hallways. Did not like the fact that I informed the front desk that I was only staying 1 night and they charged me for 2. Also, had to change rooms because the toilet was running and making a grinding noise. Also, in the first room #103, the inside lock was loose (unsafe).

They didn’t have our reservation through hotels.com Luckily they had rooms available.

Lady in front desk is so polite and helpful. She always has a smile on her face. Hopefully she Will be there the next time we visit.

Train horns kept me up all night

Horrible facility. No hot water. Pool Not available breakfast bar Not available. Staff could have cared less. Was told we would receive a credit.....never applied to our invoice. I will never go back to this location.

Found this hotel while visited for a wedding for the weekend. Expectations were met. The room was very hot when we entered and it took a few hours for the AC to cool the entire room, but that would be my only complaint. I’ll be staying here again if we’re back in the area.

Very clean. Staff was also very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again

People across hall were loud and fighting.
