Great extended stay rates. The pool was under construction, but I didn't have time for it this stay. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Great location. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and stores close by. Breakfast was good.

The sheets were either not cleaned or were stained. Some of the towels had things crusted into them. The TV didn't work and we were unable to use any steaming services on the wifi but they restrict the bandwidth for each device. The man you checked us in was kind of rude.

The hotel is very clean, great staff who remembered us from previous visits, and a good breakfast.

Located on the North end of Streator. The staff is very nice. The breakfast is good. The hotel is comfortable. It could use some upgrades & paint. The rooms could be a bit cleaner. Overall, a decent place to stay though.

My check-in was absolutely horrible, it was a guy the worked at night, idk if he was the manager or owner, and from the bery start he was bery rude, ignorant with me. I was being very personal, i was asking a few simple questions. He asked me to sign and initial on this paper, i signed it and put my initials in a close spot but not right in the area i needed to, it was very small. This guy absolutely flips out, cursing at me, treatimg mr like indid some personal to me, and then told me that i couldnt stay. Being the bigger man i was able to talk him into letting me stay, but my card was not longer good enough for a 150 dollar deposit, he made me go get cash out and use, give him that. He embarrassed me in front of my gf and friend, im only a few stays away from being a Diamond member, amd i still received no respect. I couldnt apply a discount when i got another room, because he said so, im a loyal member, but after having to deal with and see the type of people is allowed to treat others like that, then choice privileges will be mine and my companys first choice.

It is the only hotel that's ok around that area! The morning lady is very sweet but the night shift person not to happy working there. As we say nothing ok around that area we could stay at. Another family member stood there this weekend for the first time and said the same thing about night personal in front desk. He was very rude. Not welcoming at all!

Front desk male clerk was rude. I asked for a late check out and attempted to charge me even after I made him aware that I was a Gold level, Wyndham rewards member. He basically told me that policy did not apply at this hotel. In which if that is the case I don’t understand why they advertise Wyndham rewards if they refuse to acknowledge its member perks. What this desk clerk doesn’t know is that I am a manager at a Super 8 and that I know all about how this works and the expectations and policies that come from what is both our corporation. I will be calling Wyndham Corporation and make them aware of how this hotel is being run. Over all the hotel is nice but the one male desk clerk makes the whole experience bad!!! Put some shoes on while attending to your customers!

Not clean at all. First room smelled like dead fish. Second room was a handicap room & shower was nasty.

Went to Walmart and bought Lysol and pillows along with a couple of blankets. I did not see any bed bugs and maybe didn't need the pillows and blankets but since there was no pride in the building and the lack of care when painting, ect. I wasn't sure how clean it was beyond surface clean.

I did not like how unclean the bathroom was look like the bathtub had not been washed the bottom the inside where you sit down to take a bath you can see all of the filth from when someone had previously had taken a bath then there was mold around the handles and the spout and it look like there was blood that had run down the front of the tub look like somebody had laid on the bed before I even got there I don't know I was not happy at all and I didn't even get there on time because my husband had had an accident and so I had to put it off I didn't even get the I missed a whole day and get there until like 1 in the morning on my second day and then I overslept and then they want to charge me $35 when I'd already paid for a day that I hadn't even been there and on top of it in his room and top of that the box of Kleenex had a booger on it that was nasty could not believe it the breakfast wasn't all that good the lady that ran the breakfast she was awesome but the gentleman that were at the front desk they were not friendly at all I did not like them, they're very rude I overslept by an hour and then they want to charge me $35 I have terminal cancer in the man didn't even want to work with me I just I wasn't happy with my experience there at all
