Very dirty rooms, stains on all the furniture, walls look like they haven’t been wiped down since the place opened old blood stains on the sheets. Stay somewhere else for sure

Wish I knew that they still did not have the pool up and running and made coffee more often.

Charged $15 to check in early (arrived at noon) even though there was only one car in the lot. Asked for a toothbrush didn’t have one. I understand there is no buffet breakfast now but we could have been given a bag with individual. Breakfast items. I was shocked that this was a Wyndham property, seemed more like a cheap motel. Lots of marks on walls and wasn’t very clean. The girl at the desk when we checked out on Sunday morning was wonderful, so kind and friendly.

The rooms were very humid and dirty. The bathroom ceiling has mold on it. Most other rooms had the same problems, in our group. I had to buy an air purifier in order to stay there. The charged Holiday Inn prices for Motel 6 quality.

Upon arrival at hotel and checking in I went to my room where I found the sheets on the bed dirty and stained. I reported it to the lobby and was moved to another room. The second room at least the sheets were clean but the side tables and tv table were not wiped down. At this time I would not recommend a stay until there is improvements.

I was checked in during a blackout which ended at 2 30am. The property has flatly refused any kind of compensation.

I have stayed in a number of AmericInn hotels. This was a pretty disappointing location. The walls were dirty, towels falling apart, sheets were very old and bed was showing a lot of age as well. The sink was hooked up backwards with the hot and cold switched. The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant.

Spacious and clean room, friendly staff, close to Starved Rock. We had a blast!

Everything was good. The only complaint I have is the door to the next room was thin. I could hear the people in the next room. So I’m sure they could hear us as well. The bed was very comfortable. I will stay there my next trip back.

I was upset i booked a room online on the grounds they had a pool and i got to the hotel got the room asked were pool was they said pool was closed for a month
