I loved how accommodating they were for our dog! Made traveling for the nearby wedding that much easier.

Overall the hotel is good. It is getting more worn with age. The carpet in the guestroom probably could be replaced. I was not overly happy with the cleanliness of the bathroom because there was a spider and spiderweb near the toilet and also the bed was haphazardly made up. The morning person who has been there for years was not there each day and the person who replaced her was not her equal. The hot water container was cool and I had to put my cup for tea in the microwave.

Unfortunately room was average clean. Toilet seat was old and worn to the point we didn't want to use it. Toilet was loud when flushing and did not flush correctly. The swing lock for door was broken so did not have that added door protection was sleeping.

The night shift desk person was rude. Told my husband it was his final warning. We were so confused because we were just heading back to hotel from a family party. We said warning from what? He said you coming in smoking. My husband and I just looked at him and told him we are just coming back from being out since earlier. He should have looked at his cameras before accessing the wrong people.

Pool, room, breakfast and staff were great. Only problem someone who used room before us ruined microwave and I got to get a scare when it started arcing as I heated a cup of coffee. Staff let us use breakfast area microwave when we needed to heat something up. Great price for a nice clean room.

The bed was comfortable. Cleanliness was fair. Breakfast was minimal.

It was okay. The toilet seat was clean, but it had horrible wear marks or something on it, and there was a grease smear on the wall in the bathroom—those left you wondering how clean it really was. Also, there was one regular and one decaf coffee setup in the room, and only one packet with cream, sugar, etc. even though there is breakfast there (which was quite good), we still would have liked to have coffee in our room before going down to breakfast.

The front desk staff were very helpful. I had to print something out and they helped me. The breakfast was good, typical with fruit, yogurt, eggs, breads and waffles. The room was clean.

Few things were a little dirty. A light in our room was out.

We had the room with 3 queen beds and it was wonderful. Clean, very spacious, and the hotel staff was wonderful. Extra credit to the wonderful lady that worked in the kitchen. She truly went above and beyond for every single person and was so very friendly.
