Flamingo Hotel

The hotel is beautiful and very nice place, the rooms are comfortable, the staff are great very helpful and kind. The internet working well at most of the areas of the hotel, but not inside of the room, the location is good and very close to the center and short walk from the ferry, although this said of the island (north) doesn’t have beach that are comfortable for bathing, to get to other beaches you will need a taxi.

Excellent location. Nice property conditions. Quiet. Excellent breakfast, which is included. One staff member could not guide us of where to go and what to do, while the other one did. Both staff members were really nice. Could have better beach towels.

This boutique hotel is fabulous and we’d stay again for sure. Beautiful quiet rooms (even during Carnival!), the best location and great staff. Walking distance from the ferry and all the top tourist spots. It would get a 5/5 if the rooftop pool area was completed (under renos).

This is a charming boutique hotel close to the malecon, good restaurants and shopping. The breakfast included was good. The owner/host was charming and helpful as were all the staff...

We were really disappointed in our stay here. Aside from during breakfast, we could not find any staff at all to answer a question after 2pm. Especially at night. The front door is left unlocked and there was no staff (we tried everything to find someone). I did not feel safe here.

We had a nice stay. The facility was comfortable and the proprietor is friendly. When booking the room, the website claimed that our room had a kitchenette, but that was not the case when we arrived. The proprietor said that they plan to add the kitchenette in the future, and the plumbing is there to do so, but they’ve not done so yet. We would’ve had breakfast there more often, but the coffee wasn’t up to our expectations, and the oatmeal was very watery, which caused us to take our breakfasts out. There are lots of nice places to eat close by, where both the coffee and oatmeal are good.

There is no elevator, which is tough with luggage. Great bar and people from other hotels that come here for the service, but the one person, Ivan, who is the glue that hold everyone together is moving in January 2024. The rooms are nice, AC works very well, but the shower water doesn't get past warm, then fluctuates to tepid. The location is fabulous with lots of restaurants around and the malecon and the central very close.

The employees were so friendly. Ivan truly showed an interest in all the guests. He was so friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were amazing!!!

We got to our room, could not figure out the air conditioner went down to the desk woman came up and showed us that you had to leave your room key in the slot in order for the air conditioner to work, so that means when you went out for the day and came back. Your room was over 100° because they only give you one room key we never even end up staying at this hotelWe went and got another room at a different hotel.
