Flamingo Hotel

Great staff!!!!

Hotel wasn’t open. Looks like it will be nice though when it’s done in potentially a few months. Need to check if I got my refund yet.

I blame Expedia and the Flamingo Hotel for this, but when we arrived on May 3rd for a 5 night stay, the hotel was completely closed and under construction. Not one person contacted us to let us know. You can imagine our shock! The manager at The Flamingo did make arrangements for us to stay at another downtown hotel, but it was not as nice or convenient. I feel that someone should have notified us before hand and offered us several options. I even checked Expedia's site before leaving the US and the hotel was still being advertised. Being from out of the country and navigating this issue in a different language was a challenge, but we managed. The hotel will be beautiful when completed, but beware for now!!

very friendly, helpful staff, tasty, economical breakfasts.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Anything we needed they help us with, from finding places to eat, going to get drinks, finding parking, and almost anything we needed. I would definitely stay there again.

For the price it was fine. It was in a good location and Oscar helped me with getting a massage

Great location, great staff and service, and great value.

Pleasantly surprised here. Great location, quiet, safe, sufficiently clean. Close to dive shops, the ferry, and town, but not *too* close. Amazing coffee shop right next door, open late.

Property was under going some remodeling during my stay. But the rooms were kept clean. It is close to many things and you could fine good restaurants in the area. Nice big room with air and a tellie,

Customer service was extremely good. Their staff was very accommodating to your wants and needs they tried to do whatever you ask
