Union Hotel

Beautiful old bldg needs help. And crafty appreciation of its strengths & respect for a need to resuscitate its history.

It is a charming place to stay, we had a gorgeous view. The plumbing is old so don’t expect luxury there. Hotel probably needs to replace mattresses as they are bent in the middle.

What's the location couldn't be better, and I love the charming old feeling and decor the whole hotel in my room, with a lovely view of the water. I'm very quiet, and the heater/Cooler worked excellently in the bed was clean I'm comfy. I myself prefer softer memory foam style bed, and this was firmer that I like but I think most people would actually prefer it. And the check-in was very friendly and efficient. Really enjoyed my stay. And the people at the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel we're super friendly and helpful as well. I would happily stay here again

Well I thought there was supposed to be a breakfast, but there was no breakfast at all and nobody at reception that I saw during the morning hours. But that was just a minor misunderstanding I guess.

We liked the room and the comfortable bed.

We found the area of the granola bars, coffee and the other small items not a continental breakfast and of our three mornings there the doors were locked before 10:00 AM. Also, kill the huge weeds outside on the side of the hotel. They make the place look cheap and less inviting
