Hampton Inn by Hilton Boston/Cambridge

Staff was friendly. We enjoyed breakfast every morning. The hotel was easy to get in and out of for traffic. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The parking garage does not have a nice lay out. The spaces are too small and there is not enough space for two lane driving.

Clean nice room. Good gym. Close to the T.

Decent rooms, free parking and breakfast. Friendly service. Ist they gave us an uncleaned, but promptly found us another room, soon as I notified the front desk.

It was in a good area close to the train station and other amenities.

I discovered someone’s lingerie tucked behind the suitcase stand. The bed skirt that wraps around the box spring was stained with what appeared to be bodily fluids. The air conditioning wasn’t functioning, but we were told that this was normal and that it would eventually cool down. However, after checking with our friends, we found out their air conditioner was working perfectly fine. After advising the manager they did change out our room at $400 plus a night I do expect better! This is a part of Hilton Hotel chain not a Red Roof or Motel 6, where it’s expected.

The breakfast was great! Staff friendly and accommodating.

Rooms good have been cleaner bedding underneath the decorative bottom had some white stuff on it, found someone else’s lingerie behind the table for suitcases and the air conditioner did not work properly. At first I was being told that’s the way it was, then I went to our friends room and no it should work better!

Walking distance to td garden, easy parking, good spot for a night or two.

The air conditioner was loud and rattling all night. The shower head was broken. The bathroom was not clean and the Digital Key didn’t work until I presented ID at the front desk, something I’ve never had to do as an Honors member for nearly two decades. I’m being generous with three stars. I will not stay here again, especially for $400/night.

- Entro y el cuarto huele a toalla húmeda - El aire tenía un montón de moho adentro - Me dieron una tarjeta para pedir por GrubHub y no funcionaba - Pasaron dos días y no pasaron por mi cuarto, por lo que me mudan a otro - En el nuevo la heladera hace un ruido de locos el nuevo aire tiene menos moho, pero sigue teniendo moho - Me deja de funcionar internet y no me lo pueden arreglar - Compro el detergente para el lavarropas y no sale, tengo que ir para arriba a cambiarlo. Encima te cobran 450 la habitación y no te pueden dar 4 dólares para el lavarropas
