I liked it,the bed was comfortable and pretty clean

The TV's are older,we didn't get many channels and the reception was bad,they have white blinds and the curtains don't close,so the room was really bright.They're under construction,had a weird smell to the place,hopefully will be better when they finish the construction.

Clean hotel, good pricing, king suite is large and remodeled.

Booked this hotel to get a good night sleep and breakfast. Had a terrible sleep. (1) The blackout curtains only line the sides of the windows. Even at night time, the parking lot lights make it so the room is lit - much worse in the mornings (2) Throughout the night, every 30s - 5 min there was some tapping coming through the walls that woke me up at 4:30AM. Long enough duration that your body keeps HOPING it will just go away and trying to drift back to sleep before rudely being yanked back up. I went down to the lobby to describe the problem and ask for ear plugs (which might have helped) but there were none. Was told someone would reach out to me, but no one ever did. Finally fell back asleep after another hour or so with pillows around both ears (tapping was still very audible!). (3) The breakfast was poorly stocked at 9am - no yogurt, bagels, bread, freely accessible plates. Hot food was served by someone. Overheard that this was the same problem the previous day.

Renovation was taking place which lowers the scores. Otherwise it was very clean and modern in a decent location.

Renovation continued which was a slight inconvenience. Second floor baseboard was yet to be installed, and paper signs for room numbers were used on the doors. First floor room numbers were already done however, but work remained in the lobby area and was ongoing. Luggage cart was broken, only one, and not worth using.

We liked it,the room was clean,bed was comfortable,staff friendly and they have a nice breakfast.

The breakfast was wonderful.

The lady serving the breakfast isn't polite or pleasant,. This seems to be an issue regarding this employee. I have stayed at this facility numerous times and she is unpleasant every time

If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I work hard for my money, and I feel obligated to warn others before they spend theirs on this property. From the moment I walked into the building, it felt dirty and neglected. There is remodeling going on, but honestly, the hotel should be closed until the work is completed. In my opinion, the property is so rundown that it would make more sense to tear it down and start over than continue charging guests hotel rates for accommodations in this condition. The elevator was dirty, rickety, and looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 1970s. When I got off on my floor, there was a table with a poinsettia sitting on it—in June. The table was covered in thick dust, and even the plant itself looked filthy. The hallway was no better. The carpets were disgusting, baseboards were missing, and some room numbers were literally printed on pieces of paper and taped to the doors. The room itself was equally disappointing. Everything was outdated and poorly maintained. The dishwasher had crusted food residue where the handle should have been clean. The refrigerator was dented. The towels had stains. To make matters worse, the curtain rods were mounted in such a way that the curtains would not close completely, leaving the room bright and hot during a Sacramento heat wave with temperatures over 100 degrees. The photos displayed on the website are not an accurate representation of what you will find when you arrive. The room I was given looked nothing like the pictures advertised online. Overall, this property was dirty, poorly maintained, and completely unacceptable as a hotel experience. I strongly recommend that travelers look elsewhere and save themselves the disappointment.

Clean, friendly staff Free parking Large rooms

The property was under construction which was not disclosed in the booking. Smelled like cigarettes in lobby. My family room smelled so bad like cigarettes I had to ask to be moved to another room. The new room was less smelly but the mattress had dark stains on the sides which was disturbing.

There were strange ppl just loitering and partying in the corner of the parking lot and there were needles in the wood chip area between the neighboring lot where I was walking my dog.
