Building pleasant and location great. Quiet leafy street just off the freeway.

The management gave our prepaid room away to other clients. When we arrived they assigned us to a room without even admitting it was not the one we reserved when we went back to query it the desk clerk just shrugged and said there was no alternative. We were given a room without even admitting a king bed and two tiny bunk beds. My adult daughter got into the bunk bed and the mattress was so soft and worn out it was clear she would not have a comfortable nights sleep. We ended up sharing the king. Doable? Yes, we didn’t kill each other but it wasn’t the room we booked or paid for. In addition, the room had only one chair and it had recent food stains on the seat.
