Non curato e pulito ..la stanza era sporca e evito di parlare dei materassi e lenzuola tanto e vero che non abbiamo alloggiato siamo andati subito via e ci hanno collocato all hotel di fronte della catena marriot il courtyard Elizabeth ...nonostante non abbiano alloggiato ad oggi dopo una settimana che ci siamo stati non ho ancora ricevuto il refound sulla carta di credito ...che hanno preso come pre autorizzazione

I loved the hotel’s location

1.we’ve booked a room for 4 with one bed and a sofa bed - when we arrived the sofa was not opened for us and we didn’t had any sheets or winter blanket - when we called the front desk they called a staff member to make the sofa bed and they only brought us a thin blanket for New York January winter!!!! 2. We’ve paid for a breakfast - each day ( 4 days stay) the orange juice was out- when we asked for a refill- the answer was there is no refill! There was no muffins , no waffle machine- no cakes at all!!! To make the long story short- I didn’t feel like it was a Marriott hotel …

Stayed there for a night when we missed our United connection. The airline put us here. Overall no complaints. The hotel does its job.

The room was dirty, some furniture needs to be replaced.

Nos recibieron antes de la hora ,lo apreciamos porque veníamos viajando varias horas ,todo excelente y como siempre volveremos
