Staff were lovely and helpful , there was an airline shuttle. Always a bonus these days . The rooms were comfortable and spacious . The breakfast was really good . Best I’ve had in a long time for a hotel with breakfast included

Pet charge was twice a high as other places.

The staff were extremely rude and demanded $250 in fees for incentives when extending my stay at this hotel. I explained I am literally living day by day week by week at this point and cannot afford $250 in addition to the room fee of $235 every time I choose to extend my stay. I guess it is now impossible to live at hotels when you're homeless due to all the added fees. This was by far the worst experience. When I told them I refuse to keep paying the $250 incentive fee they told me I could no longer book a room at this hotel. Everything is about money with you people and zero compassion for people just trying to survive. They also tried to pull some shady shit after I checked out and tried to charge my debit card another $150 for a pet fee without my knowedge or authorization.

room was next door to elevator machinery got zero sleep. Building is tired an old, doesnt even have a sign on the entrance of the hotel

Property needs refurbished. Breakfast was entirely forgettable.

I went to the hotel and front desk told me the booking I made was cancelled where I can see the status on Expedia is booked. I had no choice but book a new reservation at the spot. Now I’m back I found hotel double charged me and Expedia contacted the hotel and hotel didn’t want to refund to me
