Residence Inn by Marriott Newark Elizabeth/Liberty International Airport

I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Iberostar Star in Jamaica! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. A special thank you to our incredible butler, Travis, who went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect and made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. Also, a big shoutout to Alex, the night butler, who was always attentive and helpful whenever we needed anything after hours. Both of them really made this trip extra special and unforgettable. I can’t wait to come back — highly recommended!

This hotel is perfect for pre-cruise but the beds are small very small and we’re not that comfortable but overall I’d stay here again

It’s in total disrepair. Tried two rooms, both sofa beds were broken, springs missing. Mattresses were flat and heavily stained. Other aspects of the room weren’t functional. It’s as if little to nothing done and the place is barely maintained.

It is very close to Newark Airport, as well as various stores and tourist attractions.

I was given an unclean room for my stay and had to change rooms three times before finally finding a clean one. Additionally, the blankets were covered in hair. With my 6-month-old newborn and it being almost 9:30 PM, I was extremely frustrated with this situation. When I booked through Booking.com, there was no mention of car parking charges. However, when I checked in, I was charged $25 plus tax for parking extra to the amount I paid for booking, which was unexpected.

For a family of five it came with everything you need to make breakfast lunch or dinner comfortable two bedroom two bathrooms. Also pull out. Bed was in great condition. Front desk. Staff was friendly and accommodating overall a great experience.

This has to be the worse Marriott owed hotel I’ve stayed in. I knew it wasn’t going to be a resort style location like I’m used to to because it’s near the airport and it’s well in Elizabeth but for the money I might has well stayed at a budget inn. First room I received was half clean, trash still in room, dusty and hair on towels. I asked for another room if available and got a room slightly cleaner but AC not working. Ugh. I didn’t complain I will only be here on night but I won’t get much sleep. Up late doing this review will check out first thing in morning.
