"Excellent in pretty much every way possible"

I actually didn’t request a quiet room but because we got in so late 430am the lady at the front desk did it automatically and gave a check out time of 2pm. Amazingly great customer service!

I woke up at 9am and breakfast was almost over and I missed the waffles…oh well. Not the hotels fault but I was disappointed to not get a waffle lol

Lovely large rooms and exceptional staff ,breakfast is buffet style and nice but the front desk staff who were very friendly and helpful are exceptionally good

Just near the airport and the shopping mall

1st the room has no safe box and no slippers amd no kettle to make coffee or tea having 5 people in the family room ,room service every 48 hrs not 24 while I have 3 kids with me

The stay was okay, but the sleeper sofa was in poor condition. The mattress was extremely worn out and sagging, making it difficult for the kids to sleep comfortably
