Quick stay over for an early morning flight. Comfortable for what we needed and convenient location. Needed some updates and repairs, but clean overall.

Convenient to the airport and dog friendly.

Extra fees! $150 extra for my 12 pound dog for one night! Then parking fees! Rooms need a good cleaning and need to be redone. Carpet and furniture was worn.

This stay was one of the worst. Reserved a 2 bedroom with pullout couch for 6 people. Was pleasantly surprised that I had an extra bathroom than was advertised. However, there was a massive hole in the bedroom wall, 2 tvs did not work even with maintenance “fixing them”. Asked for extra towels, after the third time just gave up. “Airport shuttle” has so many miscommunications that we spent nearly an extra hour at the airport waiting. Staff at hotel was kind, but that’s where it stopped. Definitely will not be staying again.

The experience was average, check in was fine but we booked a room for 5 and the 5th bed was not ready when we arrived, lady at front desk told us to find the sheets in a closet inside a room. But the worst thing was at check out since we asked the previous night how to get into the airport shuttle and the original guy told us that we can expect the 4:30 am shuttle. Once we were checking out, the lady at the front desk was rude and unhelpful because she told us that only under reservation to get into the shuttle and that basically we needed to get Uber. I asked her to help us find another solution, she didnt want to help and she did not even looked for us in the shuttle reservation. The driver was kind enough to take us but that customer service was awful.

Rude staff, hour wait for airport shuttle. Terrible hospitality. Front desk hung up on me twice.
