Favorite quick getaway. Beautiful location with consistently good amenities, service and offerings. We have been visiting this resort for many years and always impressed with what it provides. Expansive grounds for exploring or just lounging. Staff is attentive and friendly.

Amazing Father's day Weekend at Hyatt Chesapeake Bay. We've been coming back to your property for years and we always love it. The property itself is amazing. There were 2 weddings so we didn't get to have a late check out but it's understandable. We had the pleasure of being assisted with their amazing staffs Kei at Frontdesk,Milan at Breakfast and the Asian male server at Dinner. Their all wonderful ❤️

The landscaping and waterside view were nice.

Dinning, the quality of dinning overall experience was very poor. The crab soup should have been hint of crab because it lacked crab meat. Chicken entree was pink and undercooked. Crab dip was so salty we could not eat it. Those that chose the buffet noted that the food was cooled down and not appealing. I left dinner hungry and thinking of calling doordash! Not worth the money at all!!!

Love love love this place! Repeat customers and each time has been great. The location is unbelievable- so much to do and explore. Everything is super clean. Rooms and hallways always clean and smelling great. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back soon

Excellent. Welcoming. Professional. Clean. Looking forward to returning. From the moment I pulled up to the hyatt until I left, I was made aware that I was in for a memorable vacation.

Great experience here. Love the amenities. We had a family suite with bunk beds. Weddings and the room next door were a bit loud but not much they can do about that. Bring earplugs. It’s worth it for all the amenities. Everything was clean and service was attentive. A true resort experience.

I would give this resort a 3.5 stars. The room has a nice view of the bay. The kitchen doesn’t stay open past 10 pm. The headboard needs to be replaced or repaired. The spa at the resort was good. I will give Spago a 4 out of 5. The facial did not use steam but hot towels to steam which is a bit disappointing. The massage was good. I enjoyed the shrimp and grits at the breakfast and the Chesapeake hash . Both are delicious. The housekeeping service is fine but the first day I went to the beach, breakfast, the gym to workout and the spa and my room was not cleaned by 3:30 PM which I thought was odd. I went to get away for a few days and relax so mission accomplished but it could have been better.

Very nice location, great service but the rooms need a bit more upkeep. It felt dusty, the vents were dirty and the min-fridge was broken. Breakfast at the restarurant was lovely and the facilities looked nice (gym, pools, spa) although I did not get to enjoy them due to lack of time.

Amazing experience; it felt like vacationing out of the country. Great location, near a variety of stores. I highly recommend! Make sure they don't book you near a conference room. Way toooooooooo noisy!
