Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa & Marina

Location good with some decent local food spots around. Overall the Resort appeared to be good, wonderful views and vibe. That said, honestly disappointing given that this is a AAA Four Diamond resort. We expected more for the price. The room showed noticeable wear — the headboard was visibly peeling, which felt unhygienic to the point where I didn't feel comfortable resting my head against it. We also never received fresh towels after room service, a basic expectation that went unmet. For what you're paying at a Four Diamond property, these are things that simply shouldn't happen. The resort has a lot of potential, but the room quality and housekeeping need serious attention before we'd consider returning.

It’s a beautiful resort property, even in the off-season. We were able to use the guaranteed golf package and had hoped to be able to golf outside, but the weather kept us in at the simulator which was still wonderful. We were very appreciative of the adults only outdoor Jacuzzi which was the perfect temperature on a cold March day. We enjoyed both restaurants that are open in the off-season and appreciated a birthday surprise from the food and beverage manager that we chatted with. Many of the staff that we spoke with have been working there for many many years, which speaks volumes of the resort and its management. Also note that I have celiac disease and there were multiple GF Options in the restaurants. We loved our experience here and can’t wait to go back.

Good for a 3 day weekend. Probably a bit more lively in the Summer. But overall, we had fun. Food service was hit or miss. One night was not good, the other night was really good. Activities are limited in March due to temperatures.

Terrible service and guest service. I found a piece of bread under the bed and a nail on the floor of the room. This is unacceptable.

Indoor pool was awesome. Room, view was awesome. Bar, Bartender were great.

Lobby table outside Shops was dirty.

Beautiful resort and so many wonderful things to do. Hotel clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The spa was perfect and my treatment was outstanding. Can't wait to go back in the summer to take advantage of the outdoor pools and activities.

This was a Great Experience. It has beautiful views of the Chesapeake Bay!! The temperature was in the 40's, and we walked to the pier. It is reasonably priced!! Pleasant staff. All your needs are at the resort.

Lovely place, very proper, and attentive staff. Had a little hiccup with the bar tender but it didn't spoil my stay due to the professionalism of the other staff.
