BW Plus Flagler Beach Area Inn & Suites

Awesome property

The Best Western Plus - Flagler area - easy to find & close to all area attractions & very easy. short drives.. The BW Plus hotel had clean comfy beds & pillows - the bath had very nice / new towels & face cloths. The AC was soo quiet did not hear any noises Breakfast was plentiful and a variety of offerings - could add on some more different pastry/ muffin - The One challenge at breakfast No Hot Tea. for the tea drinking crowd. Staff and front desk very pleasant and fast & helpful to answer with any challenge .

Staff was friendly and the room was very nice.

Excellent stay!!! The staff and "Jonathan" were so helpful and kind. We had a problem with our door locking property and Sabrina didnt even hesitate to come check on us and move us to another room!! Will definitely be staying here if I come back to this part of Florida!! Thank you so much!!

The room could use a good cleaning but no bugs so that’s a plus. Didn’t make it down for breakfast.

I was so impressed with friendly, helpful staff. The clean, although datwd property. However the mattress so uncomfortable I would never stay there again. Also the breakfasts inconsistant.

We picked this hotel since we're members of the Best Western Rewards Program. It's not and easy place to find, tucked off the highway behind a Burger King and a Hampton Inn. Check-in went well, the staff friendly. Our room was not the best. The TV remote had to be replaced and the pillows were lumpy. Room Service was spotty. We had to go to the front desk to replenish our toilet paper. The bathroom exhust fan, if there was one, didn't work. After our second night, no bath mat was provided. On the upside, the included hot breakfast was very good. The man who maintained it was very friendly, accomodating, and efficcient.

Courteous and friendly. Beautiful rooms, properly appointed. Small trouble with the room coffee maker. Pleasant comp breakfast. I’d choose them again.

Overall it was a great stay, Breakfast had nice selections. Only complaint we have is that you don't have a safe to keep valuables, such as passports, wallets etc when not in the room. Please add safes!
