BW Plus Flagler Beach Area Inn & Suites

First, one wheel fell off the luggage dolly while entering the elevator. Towels supplied were like 100 grit sandpaper. Soap supplied was the size of a half-dollar. Air conditioner had "extra" noises. Bed covers...we've never encountered the equivalent..(poor). Beds: rather hard and unforgiving. Our backs still ache! One floor lamp bulb dead. (On balance, breakfast good, desk staff was pleasant!)

Despite advertising a guest laundry the one washer they had was out-of-service. They offered to do my small load in housekeeping and said it would take 2 hrs. It took 2 days. The Wifi was down my entire stay ( 3 days). They said the hotel router needs to be replaced. The hotel area is a dead zone for T-mobile. So I had zero connectivity for 3 days. No fan in the bathroom so the room gets muggy if you leave the bathroom door open after a shower. Breakfast was average ( no decaf coffee). They allowed noisy Harleys to park under the covered entrance all night thereby blocking traffic. The only positive was a comfortable mattress. I would not recommend this hotel. Seems like a cheap, absent owner.

Hotel was nice for us, breakfast was good enough as well .they have a pool looks decent too but we didn't go to the pool

Very comfortable stay. Away from main traffic, so quiet. Pool, fitness center and spacious rooms. Small shopping area on premises for snacks, or basics. Great breakfast area and hot breakfast. Lots of shopping and restaurant choices, both within walking distance, or a short drive! I would definitely stay here again! It has everything I needed.

This place was “fine” for a quick one night stay on our roadtrip. The bathroom in our room had filthy walls and shower.

Good morning, I generally don’t go out of my way to complain to corporate in reference to faulty accommodations, or lack there of, but I felt that I needed to bring this to your attention. We stayed at the Flagler Inn Palm Coast, this hotel had doors that slammed the entire night. I’m talking about every person that entered the door slammed, every person that left the room door was slammed! The door should be replaced, the strikes are not working! My husband worked 20 years as a national sales manager for steel door, servicing hotels . It was awful, uncomfortable stay! I don’t even know why we stayed there for the entire week, but we did. I would really appreciate if somebody could address this and refund my money as this is not a place that I would recommend we’ve we’ve stayed at other best westerns in Venice, Fl and we’ve had excellent service this was by far not what we expected. The staff was courteous, but that’s about the only thing that was good there, thank you for your attention. Harry & Irene Lewis
