BW Plus Flagler Beach Area Inn & Suites

My tv didn’t work in my room unfortunately, was offered to be moved to a suite or a discount on the room.

Front desk managers were great! The breakfast attendant was amazing! He was attentive and always got what we needed.

We had to move twice during our three day stay. The first room did not have hot water in the shower and the other room’s air conditioning did not work. The staff quickly addressed the change of rooms. The continental breakfast was average.

Met expectations. Hotel was quite, room was clean and comfortable.

Friendly and corteous staff..Excellent breakfast!!! The mattress in our room was old and very uncomfortable. Please consider replacing it.

The staff is friendly and helpful. However, after hauling all of our luggage to our room - we noticed the water in the bathroom smelled of a strong rotten egg odor. We were given a different room, on a different floor, and the employee was apologetic but it was really inconvenient. The ac in this room rattled loudly 80% of the time. The water didn't stink, so that was a plus. The beds made loud squeaking noises any time we rolled over. There was an exit at the end of the hall that closed so loudly it was jarring. Every close was a slamming sound with no in between. The pool area is nice and so are the employees, but next time we will pay a little more and give the Hampton Inn next door a shot.

Great staff, friendly. Clean. Breakfast was typical economy breakfast and not very well stocked at the end of the scheduled time.
