So, so disappointed in our stay. Over promised, under delivered hugely. Had high expectations.

I stayed at the Casa Bonita for two nights during my visit to Oaxaca. When I arrived at 9:30 PM, I was told that the restaurant is still open, and they have room service. The front desk was particularly helpful in helping arrange taxis and my 4 AM trip to the airport.

El hotel está en excelentes condiciones, muy bonito y muy cómodo. Sin embargo el broche de oro fue la atención y excelente actitud de servicio del personal. La comida deliciosa. Ampliamente recomendable.

The staff went out of their way to make sure that they could do everything to make our stay pleasant Property itself needs updates. Soiled stained sheets should he discarded and replaced. Broken tiles and build up around the pool should be maintained. Provide updates and keep visitors informed about numbers to dial for services Do not advertise spa services if most of the time there is no one there.

Muy caras la bebidas, una botella de mezcal más cara que una de champán.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Bonita. We had initially booked for one night last minute, and ended up staying for seven! The staff was very friendly, and we’d especially like to thank Eduardo who was helpful. Breakfast is the same every day, but it’s very good and really fills you up! The restaurant is great as well — we loved the cocktails there. The room was clean, and we had access to the swimming pool, gym, and parking… nothing more to ask for! I would highly recommend staying here if you have a car and want to get to Oaxaca Center whenever you like.

The room didn’t have a lot of light during the day.

Staff is great, Hotel is real clean. Location is pretty quite. Free breakfast.

Free breakfast had limited options. It was just eggs, fruit, and beans and you get 4 different options on how they cook your eggs. Everything else is ala carte, which can be quite expensive. We had dinner one time. Price was comparable to a restaurant but not as good. We paid for convenience, we were too tired to leave the hotel at that point.
