"Avoid this place"

Very disappointed, this place is a dump! The common spaces are old and tired with stained carpet wherever you looked.Our room was difficult to get to with various steps and ramps… elevators were not evident. The room was a mishmash of 70’s furniture with a few newer things thrown in. Vinyl flooring without the benefit of any rugs. The lumpy foam pillows should have been replaced years ago! We valeted our car when we arrived, were told when we went leave they did not have a daytime valet person and we would have to search the parking lot for our car !

This place was a huge disappointment. It was tired everywhere, stained carpet in all the hallways. A combination of bad 70’s furniture with slightly updated bathroom. Breakfast was an unappealing buffet set up in a room of large round tables complete with the tablecloths and crumbs from the wedding reception held there the night before! We valeted our car when we arrived, when we left were handed the keys and told we needed to hunt through the parking lot( in the rain) and find the car ourselves….no indication which of the lots it was in. Lumpy pillows should have been retired years ago.

"Dismal"

Tired, cheap rooms with thin walls. Felt more like motel 6 than a mansion. Paper thin walls, got woken up by noisy guests at 2am. No restaurant or bar for to wedding.

"Loved Our Stay at the Mansion at Glen Cove!"

We loved our stay at the Mansion at Glen Cove. Every staff member we spoke with was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The estate, in a word, is gorgeous! The beds were very comfortable and we loved the quiet peaceful setting. We would definitely stay there again when visiting the area.
