"Do Not stay here"

Do NOT stay here. It is so dated, the air conditioner barely worked, the shower doesn’t work (just the handle part) and the rugs are worn, stained and smell. What’s worse though is they don’t really handle the charges themselves. If you call to make a reservation with out your knowledge you are transferred to a “partner” of Expedia (they don’t tell you that - they answer as if they are the hotel) who handles the reservations for the hotel. It is appears to be in Spain? There are then added fees put on by them. When I asked about an itinerary or to dispute a charge while at the hotel the manager has referred me to Expedia who then told me it’s not them but some foreign partner I can’t get in touch with. The front desk staff just shrug and say it’s not our problem.

This apparently is not a hotel and there is no food available. I ended up leaving and then had a terrible time getting my money back.

As a local, I was extrememly disappointed in my stay. I booked a room about 8 months in advance for my wedding night. I did not seem to get the room I booked and I paid a small fortune for. While the facilities were comfy, there was rust and mould in places. On top of that, finding other peoples' hairs in our bed showed that they did less than a stellar job of cleaning the place. Other guests were obnoxious and abusive towards staff, which I know isn't the staff's fault, but meanwhile the staff then was very quick to rush us.

"Nice property with a few asterisks"

The whole layout is confusing. It's a labyrinth with stairs going off in all directions. No elevators to speak of. No bar, no open spa, the pool was closed. Room and bath are roomy and nice. Great staff. For a wedding, it was gorgeous. for a weekend away, not so much. It is a venue and a destination. Wedding food was amazing so kudos to the caterer
