Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Eagan, MN

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Plus, I found it $100 cheaper and they wouldn’t price match.

It’s dirty we had to clean the tub out before we got into it. The showerhead won’t move so you can only clean half your body in the water didn’t get hot. There’s only one light bulb in every light. The toilet is not working. There was no toilet paper the beds are hard as hell the air conditioner didn’t work. The carpet is dirty I am so upset that I probably won’t even book with bookings anymore because the Customer Service won’t help me while I was staying here. We had to move rooms because the air conditioner was unplugged leaking and loud and then Customer Service were annoyed because I had to ask for another room.

We checked in and were sent to a dirty room on the 3rd floor and was told the elevator was out of order. We had someone staying with us that couldn’t do stairs. We asked for a room on the 1st floor and they couldn’t accommodate us so they said they would refund us the charge. We have not received the refund and have called numerous times but are always told the manager is out and that’s the only person who can help me.

Your night clerk was very rude, we checked in at about 4 o’clock in the afternoon with the girl that was taking care of the front desk and she was very helpful, we were given our keys with no issues, then at 9:00 pm a guy came to our door and asked if the room we were in was occupied and we told him yes, then at 11:00 pm he called our room and asked who we were because he apparently didn’t know who was occupying the room, we were asleep at the time because we had to get up early in the morning to get on the road, he was very rude about it and didn’t even apologize for waking us up.

Great customer service, very easy to check in and out. All staff was very helpfull.

Swimming pool not ready, really cold the area for the pool the water cold, whirpool cold and hot tub not functioning

Desk chair had some crumbs or something on it. Floor was not cleaned. Pillows on the sofa bed have rips.

Not sure where to begin. Let’s start with the service… what service? We checked in 4 people on a 5 day stay, first red flag is only 3 towels provided, I assumed I could call to have more dropped off, I was wrong. On day 3 we left at 7 am and stopped at the front desk to request service cleaning and more towels, as it had not been done thus far. We returned at almost 10pm to find that they had not serviced it or dropped off towels. After calling the front desk again over the same issues, they basically hung up on me and eventually brought up 6 hand towels. *no towels *no room service even at request *no container in the bathroom *rude and un accommodating front desk (they literally hung up on us 3 times when we were trying to figure out the internet issue) *wifi does not work Do yourself a favor and get an Airbnb, don’t waste your money.
