InTown Suites Extended Stay Houston TX - Hobby Airport

The location was excellent, conveniently situated near restaurants and with easy access to the highway.

However, there were several aspects of the stay that I found disappointing. A significant number of guests were smoking marijuana in the hotel parking lot, which negatively impacted the overall environment. Additionally, the property does not offer 24/7 service, as the front desk closes at 7:00 PM. Another concern was the lack of clear information regarding the hotel's pet policy and the types of pets that are accepted. Finally, the rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis, which I found quite surprising and inconvenient.
