SpringHill Suites by Marriott Boston Peabody

Loved the room. Decent breakfast but very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed for renovations.

Very worn out property. Does not meeting the Marriott sprinhill Suites brand. More a quality in. Standard.

The stay was nice- we never had housekeeping come by in the 3-4 days we were there

It’s a busy area

First 2 nights we had to park two hotels away. In 4 nights not once did someone enter our room to check trash, replace towels, etc. Breakfast was sporadic. 2 days they had cream cheese, 3 days they had waffles. The hot water/coffee available all day wasn’t. We got towels from a service cart in the hallway.

Close to high way

Friendly staff, clean room. Run down. Outside seemed a little run down as well, I was a little nervous leaving g my car outside but it was fine.

The hotel overbooked a very large rowdy convention that filled the ENTIRE parking lot leaving no parking for hotel guests. Many guests left with no place to park while the convention spilled into the parking lot leaving alcohol and garbage everywhere. Multiple complaints by angry guests that there was no parking available. Due to location on a highway without side roads some guests had to park a quarter mile away and others parked illegally. Next morning the parking area was empty but full of trash. Never staying there again.

Paring at hotel awful. Big party in conference room left no parking for hotel guest. Told to go up street and part at another hotel.

The hotel was clean and the rooms comfortable. There were a few areas where maintenance of the rooms could be a bit better and the pool was not available
