SpringHill Suites by Marriott Boston Peabody

pool was closed which we were notified about ahead of time however there was never anyone actually working on the pool so it being closed was pretty pointless, breakfast was mediocre.

The staff especially the Manager, they went beyond their scope to assist me.

Pool and hot tub not working! No warning ahead of time and no restitution offered at check in also no toilet paper in lobby bathroom cracked tile in room bathroom also shower curtain in room way too long Elevators were dirty and lobby had foul odor. Towels super scratchy as well. Microwave placement in room unsettling. Oh and parking fee sprung on me that was not there upon booking weeks earlier.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms. Wish the pool was open.

It was nice.

Spacious room. Daughter loved the trundle bed couch

Wonderful hotel. Only issue is that for bathing there are bathtubs instead of a shower. For older folks like me that was a challenge even with the grab bar.
