The people managing the breakfast area seemed less than pleasant. The shower was in bad shape, peeling paint and rust with water damage to the ceiling. Good for a night.

Beds were uncomfortable. Carpet was old, unclean and smelled very bad. The bathroom tiles were old and gave the feeling of an unclean bathroom.

Room was nice bed was comfy- front desk attendants were nice. However, there was a dirty bandaid in the bathroom when we arrived- and we were not told that there would be a $50 hold on our credit card for incidentals and I also think it’s ridiculous there is a $4 parking fee.

We were not told at check in that the hotel had no hot water. On the second day we went to the desk and was told “ yah it’s been out, hopefully it will be fixed today” Two of our three days no hot water. I questioned if we would receive a discount for our stay and was told no. Reason being that were weren’t Marriott members . Also had no soap asked more than once before receiving any. Plus the pool was closed . It was a nice room comfortable bed, decent breakfast, but I won’t stay there again

We always like to stay in Springhill suites when we travel. We know what we are getting. This one didn’t reach the Marriott level. The bathtub bottom full of rust marks that our daughter didn’t even want to go into to take a shower. The most discounted thing is the breakfast. No hot item, with all kinds of toppings but no oatmeal or eggs to top with. Limited English muffins. We were early to go downstairs but the muffins were gone no refill. It make us to rethink to stay with Marriott brand.

"I don't like surprises"

Check in was quick and easy. Room appeared clean and was very spacious. The issues: The pool was closed. No advanced notice was found. That is one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. The ceiling had a leak crack that had not been repaired, possibly from a leak from an above floor. The body wash container in the bathroom was empty. There were no sheets, pillow case or blanket for the pull out bed. The internet service in the lobby was not operational. The breakfast was adequate but what appeared to be a set up for a hot entre never materialized. It was just an overall lack of "detail"
