Really liked this hotel. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was the best free breakfast of all the hotels I have stayed at. There was an issue with my bill, but the manager, Jose Romano, was extremely helpful and straightened it out right away. Would definitely stay here again.

"Not worth the price"

Needs updates. Toliet trouble, TV trouble, maids forget to come clean the room. Breakfast needs more options. Pool and hottub closed for maintenance in the summer...

"Stay away…book another hotel"

Tv in room did not work, maintenance was able to turn it on but no sound. They had no solution. Large crack in glass window with sharp edges exposed. Pool closed for maintenance ( it was green and had been that way for awhile by how it looked) area on bathroom floor was dirty, looked like when mopped it was where the mop stopped and all the dirt and hair was just clumped on floor.

SpringHill Suites Boston Peabody is a solid choice if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and good value just north of Boston. The suites are spacious, clean, and well laid out—plenty of room to spread out compared to a standard hotel room. The sitting area, mini-fridge, and microwave made it easy to relax and feel at home after a busy day.
