SpringHill Suites by Marriott Boston Peabody

Had a short stay on our trip but very comfortable, friendly staff and quiet area.

We booked this property the night before showing up. Said they had a pool and hot tub. When we arrived both were closed. Then asked to be put near an elevator because wife is handicapped and they put us at the end of the haul farthest away from elevator.

Staff at check-in was considerate, helpful and efficient. Room is large, comfortable and very clean.

Was never given the wifi information, the furniture looked like it was worn out. Bathroom looked like it was only wiped and not thoroughly clean. The comforter on the bed had a pretty big stain that looked like dried blood. The breakfast had a very small selection. We only needed a room to shower and sleep as we did not plan to spend time in the hotel, but it gave us a bad impressions. The only plus waa that it was conveniently located from the airport and Salem.

The hotel and rooms are beautiful. It is very clean inside and out. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They provide a very nice complimentary breakfast in the morning as well. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Sticky floor in front of desk, multiple sports on sofa, spots on bathroom floor and in tub, and opened the drawer by the bed and it smelled of vomit. Also once again at Marriott the pool is out of service. Taking Marriott off of my places to stay

Comfortable room, friendly staff and easy to navigate. The decor is a little too minimalist for my taste; regional paintings / pictures of the area, a few over sized ornaments would be nice. Overall, a good property.

Everything was excellent. Great room, nice location. They had a great, complimentary breakfast in the morning. Eggs, oatmeal, waffles, juices, coffee, etc. One of the nicest hotel stays I've had. I highly recommend.
