SpringHill Suites by Marriott Boston Peabody

the suite layout was lovely; however, it is not without its draw backs. While we were the hot water was not working, the pool was closed for maintenance, the bathroom toilet in 319, runs unless you giggle the handle, there was mold around the base of the bathtub. The bed needs to be replaced. Unless you sleep in the dead center of the king-sized bed, you are laying in a divot/indentation. The breakfast is nice but if you come 45 minutes within closing, the options may be very limited (some food may have run out). There were multiple people checking out at the front desk so we didn't try to renegotiate our rate as we needed to get to the airport. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean expect for the mold in the caulk around the tub. We probably would not stay here again unless it was remodeled.

NO HOT WATER FOR 2 DAYS - POOL WAS CLOSED - BUFFET was awful ! Food was so awful - dirty Buffet station - toasters were broken -No butter or tea even though they had hot water - This place is either closing or needs new management - Front Desk could not do anything to compensate the amount that I paid because I went thru Expedia -WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN - There were alot of unsatisfied folks that stayed there because we had to take COLD showers - Poorly Run Establishment -

When we got there they didn’t mention there was no hot water. Then we went out for the day and when we got back for the night they said it would be fixed in a couple of hours but it wasn’t. The next morning we still couldn’t shower and they said it would be ready mid day. We couldn’t go out for the day so we missed half the day of our trip. Very disappointing!

Room cleaned every other day. The carpet was wet during our 3 night stay. No hot water one day. I can understand the water heater issue is out of their control but having your guests stepping on wet carpet every day is not okay.

Without hot water twice. Unable to shower twice due to no hot water! Stayed three nights. Unacceptable!! Should refund us one night at least!!!

Checked out 1 day early and they did not refund my 320 bucks.

Just a place to lay my head

Should be removed from your facilities, dirty, mold on bread at breakfast, no hot water for 2 days. If you can't do better job of screening facilities i will start using someone else

Matrass could be better and bathtub was peeling

Pool was closed for maintenance and that was the main reason we booked this hotel. The staff was friendly and the continental breakfast did include hot food options which was unexpected. The facility is a bit run down and could use some updates.
