SpringHill Suites by Marriott Boston Peabody

The water at night was instant hot. The water from 8:00 am through 10:00am was ICE COLD! Ridiculous.

Off of a very busy road and there is no sign for the hotel. Felt like we would get hit trying to get in the driveway.

The staff were super friendly, breakfast was nice, and our room was clean. But the pool was down for repairs and my daughter wanted to swim to burn off some energy. Yes I know there is an ocean, but it was a bit too cold for her.

The indoor pool & hottub was closed. I booked that location to use those facilities. I was innPeabody for my husbands funeral andcwas hoping to relax in the hottub.

Hotel was clean, good breakfast and staff was friendly but if you are looking to also have walkable stuff to do in the area this hotel location is not it, the hotel is in front of a highway, not much to do around and not a walkable area.

Front desk was great. First room smelt like cigarette smoke and they accommodated my move quickly. Would have been better if they refreshed the room each day, as I stayed 5 nights. The gym was not in the best shape and the equipment was used hard. The yoga mats were ripped all up.

Good location as we were traveling to Salem - easy to find with a lot of shopping, restaurants around that were easy to get to (despite the constant flow of traffic, which is to be expected). The room (2 queens) was very spacious, the beds were comfy. The room was quite dirty - what appears to be mold on the smoke detector in the bathroom, stains in the bathtub, on the curtains, and on the floors. Hotel staff that we encountered was all friendly, breakfast & coffee was good. Hotel itself was average. Nothing exceptional but acceptable.

The room was clean, somewhat updated with the exception of the bathroom, sink is located outside of the bathroom. Breakfast was ok, the hotel crowd was large which made it challenging to navigate through breakfast. There is also a fee for parking on top of the cost to stay. I must have missed that in the hotel description. We most likely wont stay there again.

Pool and hot tub closed. Toilet ran all night. Unaware I would be charged for parking. It was a parking lot where no others parked!

Safe and clean No problems. Staff friendly and helpful.
