"Nasty Hotel"

Room was smelly, shower was crazy and had burn Mark's and said was non-smoking room. Need a lot of improvements.

" Stay at your own risk"

Massive disrepair. Tv on one channel only. Will not changee even with remote. Called housekeeping and front desk for help.didnt help. Housekeeping only one day which is thursdays. This hotell is listed as a hotel with kitcken. Unuseable! No utensils at all. Bring your own toilet paper. None given after the first given. Mold on floor. Endless issues. Needs massive renovation inside. Bare bones hotel. Aggrevating staff who treats you the guest as an annoyance. Absolutely Will not go back. There are others place there like comfort hotel baymont inn also smyrna inn and one other. Close to mcdonalds wendys ihop and waffle house. Superrmarket not close but there is something across street at gas station. Also they have no irons in room. Had to purchase one at walmart which was miles and miles away

"Not really a hotel - more of a weekly rental"

Suppose to be queen bed but was barely a full. Very old and run down. Not clean; refrigerator did not work. Kitchen area very dirty. No coffee pot or blow dryer. Carpet needs replaced. More of a temporary weekly rental instead of a hotel. Front desk staff was very friendly.

"Lousy Shower"

Turn shower water ON: check. ADJUST water temperature: impossible!! Not fun trying to shower dashing in & out of too hot water; and FORGET washing your hair! I hope instructions can be left for guests in how to move the knob dial thing.

"Skid row hotel..."

Booked because it was a 3.3/5 on Travelocity...Non smoking room smelled like an ashtray...From shower to bed to get dressed bottom of feet jet black and sticky...sheet on on bed..no soap or shampoo...no clean towels..Police activity every night in parking lot..filthy walls..mold...holes in ceiling...the worst hotel EVER

"GREAT FRONT OFFICE STAFF, AWFUL ROOMS"

The rooms were so old that it would be hard to make them spotless. The garbage wasn’t empty and we were afraid to shower with protecting our feet. They need to remodel desperately!

Clean room needs to be updated. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. No frills but there is free WiFi and satellite tv
