Basic needs met. No glam. Close to Food, HWY and Shopping.

My unit was on the backside. I arrived way late, part of the parking lot was awfully dark and shadowy. The room was comfortable, but there was a film left by the cleaners over everything. The floor needed to be mopped better.

the room smelled of cigarettes with a combination of carpet fresh. I checked out within an hour, and checked into the Comfort Inn right next door. InTown Suites is NO place for anyone visiting Smyrna GA. The manager Melissa, lied and said i checked out due to the cost. Not! it was Health and safety issues. Travelocity should be ashamed of having this abomination listed on their website as a place to stay!

I would have checked out the first day yet my work schedule made me available after business hours. The first thing I noticed when I walked in the room was the heave stench of sitting water on a dirty carpet. The water was from the constantly frequent leaking of the AC unit. Moments later it followed with me tossing a dying water bug that was sitting out in the open on my way to sit my belongings down. Upon noticing it, I went to flush it down the toilet. While in the bathroom I noticed the bathroom not having a shower curtain. I had to walk to pickup one from the front desk shortly after arriving. During the short stay where I never laid in or even pulled back the blanket, I couldn’t get a good nights rest due to the blankets and pillows smelling of heavy soil of usage. Needless to say I would have rather slept in my car and showered at a gym than ever staying at this location.

Room too smoked out...bathroom needs MAJOR repairs and bugs.

Costmer service didn't come...charged me for room...wouldn't honor trasaction

Manager was very rude and after paying on here she tried to make us pay $50 more a night. We left and did not stay. Room was horrible and it was a run down place.

The folks were nice enough, but didn't get the TV fixed until the 3rd day (missing remote, the newly provided remotes wouldn't change channels, CNN all day, every day). The shower sprayer was broken. Holes in the shower stall wall. Holes in the sheetrock. Overall maintenance was not done professionally, or even close. Smelled bad.
