InTown Suites Extended Stay Select Atlanta GA -Smyrna

I paid for 2 beds, I was given one and to go buy an air mattress if I had to.

The room wasn't clean there was no toilet paper there was no towels the heater did not work and I want my money back I felt bugs in the bed I want my money back

roaches forever! Roaches on the beds on the walls the floors the ceilings the refrigerator and the cabinets and the counters in the toilet in the sink and the tub‘s !!! Even in the pillow case!!!!! Every 5 seconds We killing roaches can’t even Sleep !!! I bought Raid only a little help it was a hundred behind refrigerator!

I reserved a room at Intown Suites and was not expecting much because of the price of the room. I was at least expecting the basics, a clean room and a decent place to stay the night. When I arrived, there is an office that you visit to get your room key and it was closed I guess after a certain hour. You have to call a number and wait for someone to respond. At the time when I arrived there was no management there and only a guy, maybe security, that would give you a key for your room. When I got to the room, it was a non smoking room but smelled heavily of smoke and even had an ash tray sitting on the table. The shower was filthy. There was some sort of gunk with hair stuck to the tower bar inside the tub and the tub floor was definitely shower shoes necessary but probably even worth the wait until you got home. There were roaches crawling on the walls. That was it for me. Another room was not an option. I immediately called Expedia to have my room cancelled and asked for a refund. Expedia tried to contact Intown but there was no manager available like I previously stated. Expedia said that they would follow up with me the next day after they had got in touch with a manager. I went ahead and booked another hotel. The next day Expedia calls the hotel and due to their policy, they would not refund my money. Expedia wouldn't even go to bat for me even though I booked this horrible hotel through them. Terrible service and a terrible room. I will never visit this hotel again.

The moment we walked in the room there was cockroaches all over the room. We left immediately after being in their for a full 5 minutes. I didn’t even get a full refund of my money back from the hotel. Totally unacceptable.

The staff was very friendly when they were there, but on Sunday were gone completely. It was for the most part clean, though the bed was unmade when we arrived, the microwave had a broken handle and we had to unplug the refrigorator at night because of the noises coming from it.

Very run down business, Dirty, Rude, Inconvenient

The room is absolute pure filth. No way will you be able to sleep because there are permanent residence there that stay up all night. This hotel needs a complete overhaul. DO NOT STAY HERE. IT'S NOT WORTH THE MONEY..

Not what I was expecting from the pictures shown online. Things are in rough condition over there. This hotel is more for someone who does not need daily room service and planning on settling in for a long term stay rather than two to three days.

Won’t being staying there ever again. Roaches and I swear it was a shelter.
