InTown Suites Extended Stay Houston TX - Westchase

I do like the set up amd the guy that checked me in is the same guy that checked me out he is the only employee that is professional as well as the security gaurd on sat n sun nighta. I hate the fact i had with me my sister my daughter which 4 a my neice which is 4 n the double bed room with only 1 roll of tissue the whole week for spring break. I had to go to the suitea next door for. As well as the same situation with the towels

For the price, it’s worth it. Needs updating but you can stay there and the location is great. Staff is friendly and I slept for not a lot of money. Winner in my book.

This property is really dirty! The room that I got was falling apart. I was only there for 1 hour and left to another hotel. I was very disappointed with my stay. It smelled like weed, a random guy kept knocking on my door and was roaming the area outside my room, and the room was dirty and the toilet seat had stains! DO NOT GET A ROOM HERE.

This hotel should not be on hotels.com Do not book here. Ants, roaches, cigarette burns everywhere. People living in their vehicles and hanging around in the parking area. People asking for money in the parking area. Towels that feel like sand paper, showers that do not work, springs for a mattress. Just do not book here.

THIS HOTEL WAS HORRIBLE ROOM WASNT CLEAN NO SHEETS, BOTTLES AND TRASH EVERYWHERE. THEY DIDN'T WON'T TO REFUND MONEY AND WAS VERY RUDE!

When I got there they said I never made a reservation

I never stayed in a hotel were I only got one roll of tissue for three people for two nights. Holes in the blankets for to be a non smoking hotel. Room did not turn out as they posted on their website at all.

Middle of the night random people were knocking on my door like four different people knocked on my door around 3 a.m. in the morning
