their policy.....i reserved the room arrived at the location only to be told that she had closed her cashier and could not accommadate me.....i was very upset and tired after travelling from salt lake city to houston

Awesome hotel and staff and management are awesome

Roaches had babies in our luggage. Bathroom disgusting and ceiling was falling apart. Sinks leaked. Bathroom sink handle wasn't connected. Kicked us out and the night worker just walked in without knocking. He also saw our service dog and tried to say she wasnt allowed, then threatened to shoot her eventhough she was attached to a fixture and couldnt run free. She didnt even bark at him and he said he was going to shoot her if she bites him. Worker was also smoking marijuana at the door while he was making us pack our stuff. Dont go here. Also the bathroom fixtures were rusted and even had giant holes. The place reeked of mildew. We even complained to management who said our complaints werent valid... well look at our pictures, we did not make any of this up!

Very nice workers, but the room smelled like piss, and there were roaches so we just left after one crawled on my kid.

The worst ever, room completely smelled of smoke. Never been to a hotel where they tell you to check your room for you check in, that should have been my WARNING SIGN. Management/Receptionist was viruses when asked about getting our money back for a better hotel which was denied. We were here for a funeral upon returning rooms was cleaned again never been to a hotel where it’s not cleaned everyday another sign. This placed smelled of weed, pee in walk way and elevator. This place was HORRIBLE..It needs to be taken off your list of hotel. I have contacted the corporate office for this hotel. Awaiting response
