InTown Suites Extended Stay Houston TX - Westchase

Was goid. Till i got off work and the night FDA was very rude

Very nice people that work there. Nice place to stay and close to restraunt

The grounds were grungy and unkept. The rook reeked of smoke. The staff claimed a person would come spray neutralizer to kill the smell and never came. The facilities were not clean and there we’re no shampoo or conditioner. Also, I had to fight off roaches in my room. There were prostitutes and sketchy people walking around the property. I did not feel safe. The door wouldn’t stay closed without having to lock it. If I could get my money back, I would’ve never stayed here

Was there for 30 secs got my money 🤑💸💵💴💶💰💳and left it was stale and dirty I wish I had more hands to give it more hands down

Trash... Dirty all they did was change the sheets the cover was grey underneath and there was a stale smell in the room

It was awesome,the morning clerk at the front desk went upoveand beyond his normal duties to accommodate me when I booked at the wrong hotel

Nothing really the area is great for shopping & resturants

I read the reviews but I thought they were just being harsh.There were roaches everywhere.It was gross

I made my reservation at 4:00 p.m. Arrived at 6:00 p.m. and was told reservations aren't held past 5:00 p.m.!!!! They sold my room and had none left. And the desk clerk was incredibly rude about it.

I didn’t like how trashy the property was and They kept my money even before I touched the room when I decided not to stay.They room I had was falling apart with maintenance repairs left and right.I was not very pleased.
